Vivie is an equal opportunity employer As a Resident Assistant, you will provide essential daily support, ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Whether assisting with personal care, encouraging engagement, or simply being a reassuring presence, you will play a key role in enhancing their quality of life. As a Resident Assistant, you will: Support Daily Living Activities
  • Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility to promote independence and well-being. Encourage Engagement
  • Foster social, recreational, and wellness participation, helping residents stay active and connected. Ensure a Clean and Comfortable Environment
  • Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and organization to create a welcoming and safe home. Monitor Resident Well-Being
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' health, behavior, or emotional state to the nursing team. Welcome and Support New Residents
  • Help new residents transition smoothly into their home, offering guidance and reassurance. Other Duties as Assigned

This job also requires:
Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required. Strong collaboration and clear communication with residents, families, and team members. Physical capability to perform all essential job functions. Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and visitors. Ability to pass state mandated background check.
