Join our compassionate and collaborative Recovery Services team as a Residential Coordinator . This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in behavioral health, recovery services, or residential care who is ready to take the next step into leadership . As a Residential Coordinator, you will support daily residential operations, help guide and mentor a team of technicians, and ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position offers stability, leadership development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career. This position is a great fit for someone who: Has experience leading or supporting staff in a residential, behavioral health, recovery, or similar setting Is seeking a stable, long-term role rather than short-term or transitional employment Enjoys mentoring others and helping teams succeed Is comfortable balancing hands-on support with administrative responsibilities Is motivated by mission-driven work and professional growth Must be willing to work one weekend-dayEssential Job Functions:
Under the guidance of the Program Director or designee, you will: Support daily residential operations to ensure a safe, structured, and respectful environment for residents Assist with supervising and supporting Behavioral Health Technicians and residential staff Help onboard and train new staff, including orientation to program expectations, client rights, and procedures Participate in scheduling staff and ensuring proper coverage in alignment with program standards Monitor overtime and staffing needs with leadership support Support compliance with CARF, state, and agency regulations (training and guidance provided) Assist with staff training tracking, including required ongoing education through Relias Learning Help facilitate staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions, maintaining appropriate documentation Support medication management processes and ensure staff follow established procedures Participate in treatment team and clinical staffing meetings to support communication and continuity of care Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on long-term success and growth Perform additional duties as assigned by leadershipRequired Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field OR High school diploma with at least two (2) years of experience in substance abuse treatment, mental health services, or a related field, including one (1) year of supervisory or lead experienceAdditional Requirements:
