Position Summary The Residential Advisor delivers community support services to the women and children in the Horizons Residential Programs. The Lead Residential Advisor will have additional duties with a higher level of responsibility. This position works closely with the Program Manager to recruit, train, monitor and direct a team of paraprofessional 24/7 front line staff to provide Residential services to the families served by the program. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. Management Preferences Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to work with a diverse population in a respectful and professional manner.
Ability to effectively work with outside providers to enhance overall treatment effectiveness. Required Licenses/Certifications Must possess valid NC driver's license and be able to clear a motor vehicle check in order to transport minors.
