Job Description

Residential Technician Prior work experience in group home setting preferred. High school diploma or GED required. When applying, please be sure to include an updated resume. Duties assigned to this job description include, but are not limited to, the following; Monitor consumers in residential setting Assist in preparing scheduled and planned meals and snacks for residents. Document behavior and activity. Administer proper medications and supplements to residents. Ensure residents attend individual, family and group therapy. Transport residents to appointments, school or extracurricular activities as necessary. Identify signs of a resident's potential harm to self or others, and addresses these accordingly. Enforce disciplinary action as necessary. Engages residents in therapeutic manner. Provides emotional support for residents. Consults with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and therapists to ensure streamlined and top quality care for residents
HOURS PER WEEK
Minimum 20 hrs per week minimum; every other weekend, PRN
PAY RATE
Compensation commensurates with experience
