Pay Range:
$30.00 - $33.17 per hour
Hours Available:
Monday-Friday [8:00am-4:30pm] | Saturday-Sunday [OFF] Are you currently working as a Clinician but also looking for opportunities to help your local community? If so, Mountain Lake Services may be the place for you! We offer a Flexible Monday through Friday schedule located in Keeseville, New York.
What you get to do:
Develop person-centered care plans in collaboration with the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Case Manager and Clinical Team. Attend weekly care coordination meetings with community providers and the Critical Time and Transition Program (CTTP) team for youth residing in the TRS. Provide training and on-site therapeutic guidance to staff and families on interventions and relevant topics regarding serving youth.
Requirements:
Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) designation. Experience with Diagnostics and Evaluation. Experience working with youth with mental health challenges, substance use issues, and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families preferred.
