Job Description

Resident Assistant Base pay: $18.00 per hour. STNA $1.00 extra per hour. We are hiring for Full Time or Part Time Resident Assistants on 1stshift (6a-2p.) Resident Assistants are
REQUIRED
to work every other weekend and every other holiday (no exceptions). We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy resident assistant to join our team in providing excellent care to our residents. The resident assistant will follow a daily care schedule with residents. Our culture at Plum Creek Assisted Living is a culture of care - our resident care is our number one priority. To succeed as a resident assistant you must be patient , empathetic , and have strong people skills . You should be observant and committed to making your resident feel safe and comfortable.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating. Following a prescribed healthcare plan. Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks. Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the resident in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
