Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and support to residents in a senior care facility
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help residents with mobility and transferring, including using proper lifting techniques
• Monitor and document changes in residents' behavior and report any concerns to the appropriate staff
• Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld at all times
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving or working with seniors is preferred
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques is a plus
• Knowledge of nursing home or assisted living regulations and procedures is beneficial
• Ability to follow established care plans and work within established systems
