About Woodhaven:
Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center is a mission-driven provider of substance use treatment services. We support individuals on their recovery journey in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate individuals with a valid Ohio CDCA certification (Preliminary or Renewable) to join our clinical team. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals recovering from substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate group therapy sessions using evidencebased practices Assist clients with daily living activities and program compliance Conduct safety checks and monitor facility rules Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Maintain accurate documentation of client progress Collaborate with clinical staff on treatment plans
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Valid Ohio CDCA certification (Preliminary or Renewable) CPR certification required (companysponsored if needed) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
