Summary As a Resident Assistant at Niles Way Senior Living, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our communities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate healthcare environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community. This position will assist residents with tasks of daily living including but not limited to assistance with personal care, social interaction, leisure and recreation opportunities. Starting pay for this position is $13 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. We have flexible scheduling options for employees seeking Part Time, Full Time or As Needed (PRN) employment. We can work with you to ensure you have a supportive work environment while maintaining your current lifestyle.
