Enjoy a full-time schedule with four-day workweeks and three hours of built-in overtime while guiding children toward positive growth. We are currently hiring for Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Saturday shifts. Why The Marsh Foundation? What We're Looking For We seek caring, patient, and organized individuals ready to be positive role models. You don't need to be a therapist—our children need someone who will listen, guide, teach, and empower them.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 21 years of age Patience, flexibility, and strong organizational skills Your Role In our family-style, multi-staffed residential home, you will: Provide care and guidance to children with diverse needs Use trained therapeutic interventions and teachable moments to foster growth Strengthen family connections while promoting personal development
