We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, and strong relationships with builders and homeowners. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Assistant Residential Estimator to join our team. This role supports our estimating department by preparing takeoffs, reviewing plans, and assisting with bid preparation for residential electrical projects. Responsibilities Assist in preparing electrical estimates for residential construction projects Perform material takeoffs from plans and specifications Support senior estimators with bid preparation and proposal development Communicate with suppliers for pricing and materials Review drawings and identify project requirements Maintain organized project files and documentation Coordinate with project managers, builders, and internal teams Qualifications Experience in residential electrical work or estimating preferred Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of electrical systems and materials Proficiency with computers (Excel, estimating software is a plus) Strong communication and teamwork skills Licensed Journeyman with a minimum of 4 years' experience Background Check Clean Driving Record
