Job Description
Part-Time Residential Property Coordinator - Seaside, OR (97138)
- We are hiring a
- dedicated and proactive Part-Time Residential Property Coordinator
- to assist with on-site tasks at our residential properties in
- Seaside, OR. Preference will be given to candidates living in or near the
- 97138
- zip code.
Schedule:
- Average 10-12 hours/week, with increased hours during summer (15-20hours/week)
- Flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts and some weekends/on-call needs
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of a remote property manager (handling leasing and maintenance calls), your tasks will include:
- Conducting property showings and inspections (move-ins/move-outs)
- Attending court hearings or tenant lockouts if needed
- Responding to emergencies (e.g., leaks, fires, hazards) within 24 hours
- Meeting vendors on-site and inspecting work
- Taking before/after photos for task documentation
- Performing basic tasks: lock changes, small moves, supply runs
- Taking out trash bins weekly and returning them after pick-up day
Requirements:
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Property management experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
- \$18-\$22/hour (based on experience)
- Tracked via time management software
