Job Description

Lebanon Valley College Position Opening:
Associate Director of Residential Life The Lebanon Valley CollegeOffice of Residential Life seeks an associate director of residential life. The associate director of residential life is a full-time,12-month, live-in professional, who provides oversight and leadership to multiple aspects of the Office of Residential Life. The associatedirector oversees approximately 450-850 students in residential facilities, supervises and advises 25-44 student staff, provides oversightof the residential programming model and resident assistant training and development, supports the resident assistant recruitment andselection process, and participates in departmental assessment. Qualifications include a master's degree (required) in student personnel,counseling, or a related field and a minimum of two years live-in experience in residential life is preferred. Prior student conductexperience is also preferred, as is the ability to prioritize tasks, and work extended and varied hours including evenings, weekends andsome holidays.
