Residential Relief (Per Diem) Community Care Alliance United States, Rhode Island, Providence Sep 10, 2026 Residential Relief (Per Diem) Looking for a positive and compassionate individual with experience in the substance use and mental health field to work as a Residential Treatment Worker at our locations in Cumberland and Woonsocket. In this role, you will assist in the implementation of case management services, programs, and activities in our 24/7 staffed residence. The Residential Treatment Worker provides support to residents in accordance with the resident's individual Recovery plans/goals and facilitates recreational weekend activities such as arts and crafts or wellness activities to help residents increase socialization, community integration, and well-being. Education Requirements:
Associates or attending college in a Human Services related field w/2 years of experience preferred. High school Diploma/GED required. Candidate must have approved driving record w/ability to transport; required current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
