Maintain a supportive and unrestricted living environment. 2. Model daily living skills such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, organization, adaptability, and time management 3. Facilitate weekly suite meetings and build positive relationships with residents. 4. Assist with transportation and daily routines as appropriate. 5. Support social skill development and conflict resolution 6. Respond appropriately to student concerns or crises and follow reporting procedures 7. Collaborate with CoastalLIFE staff and attend required trainings 8. Uphold university and program policies, professionalism, and confidentiality
