Job Description

Franke at Seaside is a faith-based, non-profit senior community with an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community on campus. Experienced Resident Assistant/medication techs are encourage to apply. To be considered you will have to have the following qualities: Excellent customer service a MUST. A passion for learning and growing skills in dementia and person centered care. The ability to arrive on time and when scheduled. No previous attendance issues. Joy in caring for senior adults, making a difference in lives daily and being a valued teammate. Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance to residents in an assisted living setting.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs as required.
  • Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld at all times.
  • Engage with residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
Summary As an Assisted Living Resident Assistant/Med Tech, you will be essential in providing compassionate care and support to residents in a long-term care setting. Reporting to the Care Manager, your role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring residents' rights are upheld, and fostering a safe and respectful environment. Your core skills in caregiving and home care, combined with premium skills in Alzheimer's and memory care, will enhance the quality of life for our residents.
