Experienced Resident Assistant/medication techs are encourage to apply. To be considered you will have to have the following qualities: Excellent customer service a MUST. A passion for learning and growing skills in dementia and person centered care. The ability to arrive on time and when scheduled. No previous attendance issues.   • Provide personal care assistance to residents in an assisted living setting.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs as required.
  • Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld at all times.
  • Engage with residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
Summary As an Assisted Living Resident Assistant/Med Tech, you will be essential in providing compassionate care and support to residents in a long-term care setting. Reporting to the Care Manager, your role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring residents' rights are upheld, and fostering a safe and respectful environment. Your core skills in caregiving and home care, combined with premium skills in Alzheimer's and memory care, will enhance the quality of life for our residents.
