- Provide personal care assistance to residents in an assisted living setting.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs as required.
- Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld at all times.
- Engage with residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
Summary As an Assisted Living Resident Assistant/Med Tech, you will be essential in providing compassionate care and support to residents in a long-term care setting.
