Responsibilities Assist with cleaning and preparing job sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment. Support residential remodeling projects by performing general labor tasks as needed. Contribute to drywall installation, framing, and basic plumbing and electrical work under supervision or as part of a multi-skilled team. Collaborate with licensed trades such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians to complete specialized tasks efficiently. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area throughout each project phase. Assist in the installation, repair, and finishing of various residential renovation components. Support the project team in meeting deadlines and quality standards for each renovation project. Requirements Previous experience in residential renovation or construction is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for entry-level roles. Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on-site. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. For specialized trades such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work, relevant licensing or certifications are required. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks within the renovation process.
