Job Description

Residential Support Staff- Graveyard Shift Location South Jordan, UT Job Type Full-Time The Phoenix Recovery Center | South Jordan, UT

Full-Time | 11:00 PM-7:00 AM | $16-$17/hour DOE

The Phoenix Recovery Center is seeking a dependable, responsible full-time Residential Support Staff member to join our team on the graveyard shift at our residential treatment facility in South Jordan.

This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients during overnight hours. No previous behavioral health experience is required—we are looking for someone who is reliable, communicates well, follows procedures, and is comfortable working independently.

Schedule & Pay

Full-time graveyard shift

11:00 PM-7:00 AM

$16-$17/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Provide overnight supervision and support for residential clients

Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

Assist with medication distribution and complete medication counts according to policy and training

Respond appropriately to client needs and behavioral concerns

Complete required overnight documentation, audits, and safety checks

Monitor facility safety, security, and cleanliness

Communicate relevant information to incoming staff and other members of the treatment team

Follow facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

No previous behavioral health experience required

Dependable and able to consistently report to scheduled shifts on time

Strong communication and listening skills

Professional and appropriate when interacting with clients and coworkers

Able to remain calm and use good judgment when responding to client needs

Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients when required

Ability to complete medication-related training and follow medication policies

Must be able to successfully complete required background screening
