Safe environment creation Performing crisis intervention protocols as a clinical social worker Full Job Description Dominion Restoration & Recovery, LLC is currently developing a Mental Health Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU) in Hampton Roads, Virginia focused on restoring dignity, stability, and hope to women experiencing mental health crises. We are seeking a compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and mission-driven LMHP interested in helping build something meaningful from the ground up. Our desire is not to just fill a position, but help shape the culture, vision, and clinical foundation of a program intentionally centered on both excellence and humanity. This opportunity is ideal for someone who believes behavioral health care should go beyond simply "managing symptoms" and should instead create environments where individuals feel safe, seen, heard, and supported during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Compensation:
