Safe environment creation Performing crisis intervention protocols as a clinical social worker Full Job Description Dominion Restoration & Recovery, LLC is currently developing a Mental Health Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU) in Hampton Roads, Virginia focused on restoring dignity, stability, and hope to women experiencing mental health crises. We are seeking a compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and mission-driven LMHP interested in helping build something meaningful from the ground up. Our desire is not to just fill a position, but help shape the culture, vision, and clinical foundation of a program intentionally centered on both excellence and humanity. This opportunity is ideal for someone who believes behavioral health care should go beyond simply "managing symptoms" and should instead create environments where individuals feel safe, seen, heard, and supported during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. We are looking for someone who: Leads with both clinical skill and compassion Values integrity, collaboration, discernment, and professionalism Understands crisis stabilization, trauma-informed care, and the importance of preserving dignity during crisis intervention Wants flexibility while contributing to a purpose-driven startup opportunity Is passionate about helping build systems that truly impact lives and strengthen communities This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to program development, crisis assessments, clinical guidance, and creating a therapeutic environment rooted in compassion, structure, safety, and restoration.
Compensation:
$250-$350 per completed assessment/evaluation (DOE) Additional startup consultation, meetings, policy development, and clinical support compensated separately based on role and involvement If you are passionate about mental health, crisis stabilization, advocacy, and helping build a program with purpose from the beginning, we would love to connect with you.
