08 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift Any Education Level High School Completion or Equivalent Category Direct Service Apply CSIP Residential Support Specialist This position provides direct support and skill coaching to individuals receiving residential mental health services, helping them build stability, independence, and confidence in their daily lives. Working as part of a treatment team, WRAP staff create a safe, structured environment while supporting clients through crisis situations, reinforcing healthy coping strategies, and encouraging meaningful community engagement. Through hands-on coaching in areas such as emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, and daily living tasks, this role plays a key part in helping clients strengthen their ability to live successfully and participate more fully in their communities. Duties and Responsibilities Provide 1:4 supervision and support to individuals in a Washington County Mental Health residence. This will may include overnight shifts, weekends, and/or holidays. Participate in agency training with the goal of understanding clinical principles, skills, assumptions and strategies within one year. Crisis intervention as needed. Perform environmental sweeps of the clients' residence in accordance with house guidelines and written treatment plans to ensure the safety of all clients. Model, coach, and reinforce skills to assist client in maintaining appropriate and effective boundaries, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness as needed. Coach engagement in prosocial activities that may improve the quality of life for clients and assist them in accessing the community and participating in activities such as walks, community meals, shopping, volunteering and recreational activities. Model and coach living skills including cooking, housekeeping, laundry, budgeting, shopping and personal hygiene. Transport clients for medical, psychiatric, court and/or Dept. of Corrections appointments, and employment as needed.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
