Position Summary:
As a Resident Assistant , you will play a critical role in providing personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a warm and engaging environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Delivering services outlined in residents' personalized service plans. Observing and reporting resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse. Assisting with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and emotional support. Participating in dining room engagement, including serving meals, bussing tables, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Leading or assisting with group and individual activities to promote socialization and wellness. Performing light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming and cleaning public areas. Maintaining thorough documentation in communication logs and inter-shift reports.
Qualifications:
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Current CPR and first aid certifications. Ability to maintain certifications required by state or provincial regulations.
