ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

The Assistant Director acts on behalf of the Director in their absence includes on-call rotation schedule. The Assistant Director oversees the daily operations of the Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) to which he/she is assigned. He/She is responsible for maintaining the facility according to

DHS 83, OSHA

Regulations and Care Partners Assisted Living, LLC/Country Terrace of Wisconsin, Inc. ("Care Partners/Country Terrace") Policies and Procedures. Under the direction of the Director, the Assistant Director assures the health, safety and welfare of all residents and assists in supervising all employees. He/She is expected to be in the facility five days per week and every other weekend. Up to $19.00/Hr.
