Job Description

Join us at the brand‑new LSS Neillsville Center — where hope, healing, and transformation begin. We are excited to welcome a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional to our Neillsville team. As part of our comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment program for adult men, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for residents working toward sustainable recovery. This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible 2nd shift position in a beautiful, newly opened facility designed to inspire growth and change.
Weekdays:
Monday-Friday, 3:45 PM-12:15
AM Weekends:
Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM-8:30 PM (Weekend shifts are required.) You'll be moving throughout the facility, supporting residents indoors and outdoors, and occasionally assisting with seasonal tasks like snow shoveling or yard care.
