Shift Hours:
2:00pm - 10:30pm Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available All Resident Assistants will also work every other weekend and rotate holidays.
Compensation:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience + Shift Differential We Offer a Competitive Wage and a Comprehensive Benefit Package to Eligible Employees that

Must have all 4 CBRF certifications.
Job Responsibility Overview:
Responsible Medication Handling:
Administers medications accurately and safely, following all regulations, policies, and standards of practice.
Thorough and Timely Documentation:
Completes all required documentation independently, reports incidents immediately, and ensures accurate record-keeping before the end of each shift in accordance with VMP policy.
Exceptional Resident Care & Daily Living Support:
Assists with all aspects of daily living per individualized care plans, including hygiene, grooming, mobility, meal support, medication administration, and activity facilitation while promoting resident dignity, independence, and safety.
Strong Communication & Team Collaboration:
Maintains confidentiality, communicates resident updates effectively across shifts, supports new employees and residents, and interacts professionally with families and team members. Commitment to
