Job Description

Linx Community Services, seeking a leader to help support community services, for children and adults who may have a disability. This position includes the Princeton/Bluefield area. The Residential Coordinator must possess strong supervisory skills, and experience in managing 24 hr residential sites is preferred, which will include : staff scheduling, payroll, direct care, administrative tasks, interviewing, training and hiring processes. Involvement in IDT meetings, residential visits, and all team decisions. MUST pass a WV Cares background check. Candidate must be CPR/First Aid certified or available to attend paid training session, and have AMAP certification, or eligible for testing. Residential Coordinator will report directly to the Residential Director. This position requires 24/7 availability for emergency and staffing situations. Applicant must possess excellent verbal, communication, and writing skills. Residential Coordinator applicants must have Driver's License, Current Registration, and Insurance on vehicle.
