Job Description
Skills Proficiency in crisis intervention, crisis management, and behavioral health strategies to handle sensitive situations effectively. Experience working with culturally diverse communities to provide respectful and inclusive services. Strong knowledge of social work principles, client communication techniques, and resource identification within social services frameworks. Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and healthcare policies relevant to geriatric patients and individuals with disabilities. Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse populations more effectively. Excellent writing skills for documentation, case notes, and client reports that meet professional standards. Experience mentoring or working in child welfare settings to support families comprehensively.
