INTEGRATIVE FITNESS & RECOVERY COACH
Doctor Supervised EMS Rehabilitation & Performance Program Handy Wellness in Newport Beach is seeking an energetic, wellness-minded coach to join our growing Integrative Conditioning Therapy program utilizing advanced EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) technology. This is not a traditional gym position. Our program combines doctor supervised rehabilitation, therapeutic movement, recovery support, strength optimization, and nervous system focused conditioning in a warm, patient centered wellness environment. We work with a wide range of patients including: active adults professionals athletes patients recovering from injury individuals focused on longevity and strength preservation those seeking low impact performance and recovery support We are looking for someone who: enjoys helping people feel stronger and more confident has positive energy and strong communication skills is dependable, coachable, and motivated is interested in wellness, fitness, recovery, or integrative health can create an encouraging and supportive patient experience is comfortable guiding one-on-one sessions Ideal backgrounds may include: kinesiology students personal trainers chiropractic assistants athletic trainers wellness coaches Pilates or yoga instructors individuals passionate about health and human performance
Position Details:
part time with growth potential flexible scheduling mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturdays available hourly pay plus performance incentives paid training provided
Compensation:
$20 hourly base pay plus commission bonus opportunities per completed session additional incentives for program growth and retention
