The right candidate will have professional telephone manners, be great with people, and customer service experience. Pay Range The Service Coordinator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $23.00. Responsibilities and Duties Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments using internal systems Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Monitor appointment flow and adjust schedules as needed to maximize efficiency Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive Answer a multiple line phone system Complete service documents as necessary Create service appointments and make follow-up calls Assist in managing the service loaner fleet Embody hospitality every day in every way Work well in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Skills Experience with Appointment coordinating is a plus!!
