Mentor, facilitate, therapeutic environments across multiple programs serving adults with mental health, and substance abuse disorders. Maintain detailed daily documentation and collaborate with clinical teams to support treatment plans. Operate effectively across diverse department, including Adult/Crisis Units, Detox, Medicated Assisted Clinic, and Transitional Living. Why SalusCare? Additional Requirements:
Successful pre-employment medical screening (drug test and TB) Level 2 Background screening (DCF & AHCA) Completion of one week orientation Requires a H.S. diploma or Equivalent. Peer Specialist Certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire. Requires lived experience of a mental health and/or substance use condition. Must possess a valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance, a reliable vehicle and a good driving history. Computer skills in Windows operating systems required. Must be able to independently maneuver through a variety of environments (including those that are unclean) and interact effectively with persons from various cultural backgrounds.
