Qualifications We Seek:
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 1 year in inpatient, residential, outpatient, or mental health care settings. Experience with clinical and case management is highly valued.
Recovery Knowledge:
A deep understanding of the twelve steps, spiritual principles of recovery, and emotional sobriety are essential.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and collaboration with the team.
Technological Proficiency:
Basic computer and technology skills are necessary for managing client documentation and communication.
Personal Recovery Journey:
Must be a sober person in recovery for at least 18 months, actively participating in a recovery program through sponsorship, meetings, and other recovery-related activities. Join a
