Job Description

Job Summary Honor Behavioral Health, located in Boise, Idaho, is dedicated to recovery and compassionate care for individuals facing co-occurring behavioral health challenges. Specializing in integrated treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, we offer evidence-based protocols, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and multidisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes. As a facility owned and operated by individuals in recovery, we approach care with authenticity, empathy, and real-world understanding. We are continuing to grow and are seeking team members who want to be part of building a high-quality, recovery-focused program from the ground up. We are seeking a Recovery Coach (PRC or Provisional PRC) to support clients in their recovery journey through engagement, education, and skill-building. Candidates must have this certification to be eligible for this role. This role works closely with clinical staff to provide non-clinical support services and recovery-focused programming. Responsibilities Provide recovery coaching services, including one-on-one support and group facilitation Lead non-clinical groups such as psychoeducation, life skills, and recovery-focused discussions Support client engagement, motivation, and accountability in treatment Assist with intake support, orientation, and client transitions Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care Support clients in navigating community resources and facilitate access to additional mental health or addiction services Requirements Recovery Coach (certified or eligible) Lived expierience Prefered (PRC) or eligible to obtain within 6 months of hire. Proven experience in crisis intervention and crisis management within behavioral health or social services settings Strong knowledge of mental health counseling principles, addiction counseling, and social work practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, empathy, and clarity Relevant certifications or training in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or addiction counseling are preferred Join us in making a lasting impact by supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery! Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
