Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Certified Recovery Coach and become a vital catalyst for positive change! In this energetic and rewarding role, you will empower individuals on their journey to recovery by providing compassionate guidance, behavioral health support, and practical mentorship. Your expertise in crisis intervention, addiction counseling, and mental health will help clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and achieve lasting sobriety. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a dynamic environment committed to recovery and wellness. Duties Provide immediate crisis intervention and management to clients experiencing emotional or behavioral distress Offer motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and strengthen their commitment to recovery goals Deliver support tailored to individual needs Mentor clients through personalized recovery plans, promoting accountability and self-empowerment Maintain accurate documentation of client progress using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support services Educate clients about mental health, social skills, relapse prevention strategies, and available community resources Qualifications Certified Recovery Coach in Idaho or equivalent certification in addiction or behavioral health counseling Proven experience in crisis management, crisis intervention, or social work within a recovery or mental health setting Strong knowledge of addiction counseling, mental health issues, and behavioral health principles Skilled in motivational interviewing techniques and client mentoring approaches Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation and case management Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and transparency Embark on a fulfilling career that transforms lives! Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
