Job Description

SOHL is a professional network of coaches and companions dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate recovery, mental health, and major life transitions. Our team brings structure, accountability, and compassionate presence to every stage of change. We are expanding our U.S. roster and seeking experienced Recovery, Sober, Life & Wellness Coaches to provide one-on-one support virtually or, at times, in person. This 1099 contract position is ideal for independent professionals who value flexibility, purpose-driven work, and the integrity of true human connection. Responsibilities Provide individualized coaching or companion sessions that support recovery, stability, and daily wellness. Collaborate with treatment teams, families, and other professionals when needed. Maintain accurate session notes within SOHL's reporting system. Participate in ongoing supervision, community calls, and professional training. Uphold SOHL's values of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching, recovery, or behavioral health. Excellent communication, boundary-setting, and time-management skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Certified through
ICF, CCAR, ARISE
, or equivalent program. Trauma-informed or holistic-wellness training. Experience collaborating with treatment centers or clinical programs.
