Your Responsibilities:
Plan & Implement Activities- Organize and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents. Encourage Resident Participation
- Foster an inclusive environment where residents feel encouraged to participate and enjoy activities. Monitor & Document Progress
- Track participation and individual resident responses to activities. Coordinate Special Events
- Plan and facilitate special events, holiday celebrations, and group outings. Work with Families & Team
- Communicate with families, nursing staff, and other team members to ensure activities align with residents' interests and abilities. Promote Resident Independence
- Encourage residents to engage in activities that support their independence and enhance their well-being.
