Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Experience working with families in crisis or at-risk populations Knowledge of child development and family dynamics Familiarity with community resources and agencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check
