Job Description

Overview:
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to assist in keeping our cleaning operations running smoothly while helping grow our local sales presence. This role combines house cleaning, dispatching, office support, inventory management, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform house cleaning duties to maintain service quality
  • Assist in managing daily operations dispatching and scheduling for cleaning technicans
  • Handle general office tasks including CRM updates and customer communication
  • Maintain supply inventory and restock cleaning materials as needed
  • Visit local businesses to distribute company information and build community awareness
  • Assist with social media content posting and engagement to support marketing efforts
Qualifications:
  • Experience in residential cleaning or similar service work preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with basic office software and CRM systems
  • Good communication skills for local outreach and social media support
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
