Direct Care Weekend Mental Health Recovery Coach Location:
Asheville Scheduled:
Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Benefits:

Pay:
Starting at $17.50 per hour and increases based on experience
Responsibilities:
Assist residents in attaining mental health recovery goals, meeting needs, and creating/maintaining structure Make face to face contact with each resident in the Community Program Connects with residents and supports the recovery process by participating in daily activities Assist in the planning and meeting daily objections: job maintenance, budgeting, meal planning, job searching, job preparation Supports residents in the goals to improve personal hygiene and cleanliness Follows through with drug screen and breathalyzer procedures and self-administered medications Willing to transport residents as needed Participates in scheduled and spontaneous meetings with the residents' team members Document on resident interactions, special concerns and strong communication with team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challenges At least 21 years of age, current driver's license, and acceptable driving record to be covered by company insurance Preferred at least 1 year of experience in a community setting or mental health setting CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
