Control Room Support Coordinator#26-08605 Charlotte, NC Onsite Contract Starts 10/05/2026 Ends 10/04/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Control Room Support Coordinator for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is part of the Release and Environment Management (REM) team and focuses on monitoring and tracking progress against project plans for testing, deployment, and various cutover activities. The ideal candidate will handle ad-hoc requests related to domestic and international ledgers and regulatory reporting and must be flexible with shifts, including weekend support.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and track overall progress against plans, including testing, deployment checklists, milestones, and upgrades Coordinate environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, and cutover activities Manage checkpoint calls and associated notes Handle ad-hoc requests across domestic and international ledgers and regulatory reporting

Requirements:

Knowledge of the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Production Support Experience with Jira Experience with Python for automation to streamline tasks and improve operational efficiency Flexibility to work in either AM or PM shifts and provide weekend support as needed Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
