• 4:30 pm Skill Nursing certified: Starting wage is between $23.

00 and $27.21 per hour

Uncertified:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school graduate or

GED. CNA

Certification required within 120 days of hire for full-time status

DESCRIPTION

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will help design and lead a variety of social, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities that enhance the well-being of our residents. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and enjoys building meaningful connections. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and implement activity programs that meet the needs and interests of residents. Encourage participation and provide one-on-one visits for residents. Accurately document all services and activities. Assist with care plans and contribute to quality assurance initiatives. Support residents with shopping needs and provide transportation as needed. Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar that fosters engagement and community. Our Locations Valley Senior Living on Columbia
