Posting Summary The Rutgers School of Public Health is seeking a Program Support Coordinator for the Office of Student Experiences, Public Health Practice & Alumni Affairs located in Piscataway, NJ. Under the direction of the Assistant Dean of Student Experiences & Alumni Affairs (SEAA), the Program Support Coordinator supports the coordination and administration of student practice and practicum capstone experiences within the Office for Student Experiences, Public Health Practice, and Alumni Affairs at Rutgers School of Public Health (SPH) on both the Piscataway and Newark campuses. This role focuses on program implementation, student support and operational coordination for MPH and DrPH experiential learning, as well as administration of the PHocus Program. The position also provides career advising support to students following established frameworks and guidelines.
Duties include:
Supports the implementation and coordination of program activities and daily operations of the PHocus Program, including monitoring budgets, tracking revenue, and supporting fiscal processes in coordination with School leadership. Coordinates PHocus Program promotion and recruitment activities and supports relationship-building efforts with external partners to support applicant outreach and pipeline development. Supports and coordinates the delivery of all PHocus Program days, including speaker engagement, agenda design, and logistical execution to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Collects feedback and assists with updates to PHocus Program curriculum and operational processes to support PHocus Program quality and continuous improvement
