In short, our staff are City Missionaries offering help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God's love. Right now, we are looking to add a Resident Assistant to our team. This position reports to the RA Supervisor and serves as the hands and feet of Christ by providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for men as they begin their journey toward transformation at Crossroads. As a Resident Assistant, you are on the front line of the Mission, maintaining security while caring for residents with compassion, grace, and dignity.
