Life Enrichment Coordinator Starting at $17 per hour, depending on experience. Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM What You'll Be Doing Plan and lead engaging activities — Facilitate programs such as music, crafts, games, and themed events that support residents' cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. Enhance daily experiences — Create meaningful moments through celebrations, special events, and purposeful interactions. Provide compassionate support — Build strong relationships by offering companionship, encouragement, and assistance with daily routines as needed. Coordinate programming — Assist with developing monthly activity calendars, preparing materials, decorating spaces, and ensuring activities run smoothly. Foster a welcoming environment — Help new residents feel comfortable and supported while promoting a sense of belonging for all. Observe and communicate — Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes in health or mood to the care team. Collaborate with others — Work closely with team members, families, and volunteers to create a positive and engaging community environment. What We're Looking For A creative and compassionate individual who enjoys building meaningful connections. A minimum of 6 months of experience as an Activities Assistant. An energetic and positive approach to engaging residents through activities and conversation. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and resident needs. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. A commitment to treating all individuals with dignity, respect, and kindness.
