Bilingual Support Coordinator:
Full time schedule Pay range for starting salary: $24.55 per hour, more possible based on experience. Comprehensive benefit package, including health, vision, and dental Company-paid life, short-term and long-term disability insurance 22 days PTO earned your first year, 12 holidays, plus 1 floating holiday per year Hybrid remote work available after 90 days introductory period in office with successful job performance. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Manage an assigned caseload size of 35 to 40 individuals who are primarily Spanish-speaking and diagnosed with one or more developmental disabilities. Facilitate the person-centered planning process, including supporting all assigned individuals and/or families in self-directing the process. Secure and maintain needed resources, through eitas and/or outside resources (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, State funding, subsidized housing, food stamps, vocational rehabilitation, other community resources, etc.). Use proficient Spanish language skills to perform all essential functions as needed by the individual supported and/or the individual's support circle. The successful candidate will have:
A Registered Nurse license or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and Maintenance of a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record and vehicle insurance in compliance with eitas requirements, or available transportation for the completion of all job duties. Considerable knowledge of developmental disabilities, behavioral sciences and related fields . Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish
