This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and office support. If you're highly organized, resourceful, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

HR Administration:

Manage employee records, process HR checklists, and monitor policy compliance.

Recruiting Assistance:

Maintain applications and support hiring efforts.

Office Operations:

Oversee office supply inventory, process mail, and coordinate office maintenance.

Fleet & Travel Support:

Arrange vehicle repairs, track maintenance, and book travel accommodations as needed.

Employee Engagement:

Assist with birthdays, anniversaries, and employee recognition programs. What You Bring to the

Table:

1-3 years of experience in an office or HR setting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative. Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
