POSITION SUMMARY

The Life Enrichment Assistant / Driver supports the Life Enrichment Director in creating and delivering engaging daily activities while also providing safe and reliable transportation for residents. This role plays a key part in enhancing residents' quality of life through connection, engagement, and meaningful experiences .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Life Enrichment & Activities Assist in planning and leading daily social, recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities Encourage resident participation and engagement Support group and one-on-one programming Help maintain activity calendars and event preparation Transportation & Resident Support Safely transport residents to appointments and community outings Assist residents entering and exiting the community bus Ensure resident safety during transport and outings Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any concerns Team Collaboration Work closely with the Life Enrichment Director and care team Support a positive and engaging environment for residents Assist with additional community activities and events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred Comfortable driving larger vehicles such as a community bus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Positive attitude with a passion for working with seniors Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
