The Product Support Coordinator assists in coordinating team activities, has responsibilities for tracking and reporting on contract and billing activities, assists in the comprehensive internal audit functions, and provides support to the Senior Managers and Managing Director. This is a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Coordinating and assisting with internal audit processes Managing accounts and records of all internal KAPS system users Generating and distributing periodic reports on KAPS tickets and activities Preparing, updating, and delivering polished reports for management Assisting with creation, review, and publication of system documentation, content, and client communication Documenting, monitoring, and reporting on contracted support plans and protocols Preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, reports using Microsoft Excel and Project Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for teams to ensure that trips to the same destination but varying origination points are synchronized Maintaining a calendar of all KAPS team travel, distributing reports and notification as required Compiling, tracking, and distributing KAPS-associated billing activities to Finance Team and KAPS management Gathering and maintaining records of team details and activities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a process or team coordinator Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, and similar programs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively identify, triage, and resolve problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands and activities Ability to maintain strong professional working relationships with colleagues at all levels Must exhibit a professional and business-like demeanor Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future
SALARY & BENEFITS
Compensation for this role varies depending on several factors including work location, level of experience, and skill set. As required by applicable law, the hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $62,000.
