Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to web inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with various departments to resolve client issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-up actions. Assist in developing and implementing web inquiry processes and best practices. Monitor and analyze inquiry trends to improve service delivery. Provide support for online tools and resources available to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and client engagement. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company services and policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in healthcare. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using CRM systems and web-based inquiry tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client issues. Familiarity with healthcare management practices is a plus. Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Flexible work from home options available.
