A Social or Human Services Assistant assists with identifying and arranging community services for clients. Works with social workers and other human services professionals. Helps with rehabilitation for people with disabilities or those in recovery, or coordinates home care services for the elderly; may also coordinate housing or job training assistance for immigrants, veterans, former inmates or families in crisis.
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Services Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. In this important role, you will support residents and their families by advocating for their social and emotional well-being while assisting in the coordination of the Social Services Department.
