Life Enrichment Assistant Are you a creative, high-energy person who loves bringing joy to seniors? NHC Lexington is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and lead activities that keep our residents active, engaged, and smiling. If you have a positive attitude, a great sense of humor, and want a job where you actually make a difference every day, we want to talk to you. Help lead fun, therapeutic activities that meet our residents' physical, social, and emotional needs. Spend quality, one-on-one time with individual patients who need extra engagement. Assist the Director with community events, fundraising, and the center newsletter. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and your coworkers while following the 20 Better Way Promises. High school diploma or GED. A genuine love for working with the elderly. Self-motivation, patience, and a professional presentation. Flexibility to work changing hours, including some evenings and weekends for special events. Ability to stand/walk for 2-5 hours a day and lift up to 60-70 lbs occasionally.
